How tailor-made travel planning works
To get the ball rolling, send us an email or book a video consultation to discuss your requirements so you can start your journey to get your tailor-made travel plan. Tell us about your ideal getaway; where you would like to explore, how long for, what your budget is, and the type of accommodation you require. During the planning phase, we will be in touch to help us finalise all the finer details. We will do all the research for flights, transport, the trails and other potential activities/things to do and see, and will provide you several accommodation options.
What's included in our tailor-made travel plans
- Your tailor-made travel itinerary will be displayed privately in Wanderlog so you can see and add further notes to your plan in the app;
- Flight options;
- One of our Cicerone guidebooks if relevant to your destination (7+ days);
- Places to visit;
- Local transport options and approximate cost;
- List of accommodations and approximate cost;
- All hiking trails with full description;
- GPS routes;
- List of other activities or things to do with approximate cost.
What's NOT included
- Flight tickets;
- Accommodation bookings;
- Transfer bookings;
- Organised activities;
- Entry fees;
- Travel insurance. It is highly recommended that you take out travel insurance;
- Visas that you might need.
Remember that we only do the tailor-made travel planning side of your journey, therefore we are NOT responsible for any of the actual bookings or availability related to your trip! We do our best to make this process as easy and accessible to you with links provided to the appropriate websites.

We only ask you to pay 50% of the invoice amount upon agreement and the remaining amount will be due when you are 100% happy with the result. In the unlikely case you are still not getting what you are after we will refund 50% of your deposit.

Or follow the footsteps of Robert Louis Stevenson through the Cévennes on the GR70 while reading about his adventures with his donkey. Walk one of the most important trails in the Pyrenees by following the Camí dels Bons Homes (GR107) from the Foix to Berga.
